The TTC communications are broken down into three main categories:

  • Surface Fleet
  • Subway Fleet
  • Supervisor System

Surface Fleet Frequencies

423.5500 – TTC Central
423.5625 – TTC North West
423.6375 – TTC North Central
423.6500 – TTC North East
423.6625 – TTC West Etobicoke
423.6875 – TTC Central
423.7125 – TTC East Scarborough
423.7250 – TTC Central
423.7375 – TTC Data
423.7500 – TTC North
423.7625 – TTC South East

Subway System Frequencies

422.6875
422.8000
423.1750
423.2000
423.1250 – Data Channel
422.8250 – Data Channel
413.1875 – Greenwood Yard – Low Power

The subway is divided into zones for control purposes. Transit Control will sometimes referrer to this when dispatching a call.

Supervisor System Frequencies

All messages from the other two systems supposedly travel through this system because it is used as a bridge between the systems.

412.0375 – TTC F1 Main Channel 136.5 Hz.
412.0625 – TTC F2 Wheel Transit 136.5 Hz.
412.1125 – TTC F3 Inspectors 136.5 Hz.
412.5875 – TTC F4 Emergency 136.5 Hz.
412.6125 – TTC F5 136.5 Hz.
412.9625 – Scarborough RT
412.1875 – Scarborough RT Yard
